Sky Nurse Consulting connects the medical and legal fields.

As founder and CEO of Sky Nurse Consulting, Jennifer Dizon, BSN, BA, RN, CCM dives into medical records to assist attorneys with medical terminology, procedures and course of events, which strengthen their cases.

She provides medical case management for workers’ compensation and catastrophic injury claims. Additionally, Jennifer observes and reports on independent/defense medical examinations.

She is training as a forensic/sexual assault nurse examiner. Prior clinical background is in neonatal intensive care, cardiac intermediate care and cardiac surgical step down. She also has experience in public relations, journalism and event management.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in nursing and communication from Old Dominion University; and registered nurse licenses in Texas (compact state); and Washington, D.C. She is a certified case manager nationally, and worker’s compensation case manager in North Carolina. She maintains her Basic Life Support.

She is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, International Association of Forensic Nurses, Academy of Forensic Nursing, Medical Reserve Corps, Association of Junior Leagues International, Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and Filipino American National Historical Society.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, beaches, dance, Pilates, yoga, standup paddleboarding, researching superfoods and spoiling her chihuahua.
